Kisses From Heaven
Like snowflakes, we are all beautiful, unique and fearless souls sent from Heaven
It’s January! It’s cold and I’m thinking about snow. We have had a few captivating snow storms here in Vernal, Utah, I’ve enjoyed watching this magical event from my bedroom window. The flakes slowly spiral down as sparkling kisses from heaven, a diamond of light on their journey of hope. Each flake is beautiful and unique in it’s own way; creating a soft blanket of glistening white, beckoning us to come out and play! Snow angels and snowmen await their becoming.
We have all beheld the uniqueness of snowflakes, wherever you are, their structure and form is different in your little world than in any other place. A tiny snowflake, wherever it is, can give us a glimpse of the workmanship of God’s hands, giving us a glimpse of His work and His glory! If we were to inspect them closer we would see their differences, their brokenness, their uniqueness. We would behold that each are a delicate, beautiful miracle from heaven!
What makes you unique is what makes you beautiful!
I see snowflakes as a reminder that we are all unique, created in love by a Father in Heaven who has designed each of us so wonderfully intricate; lovely, special and fearlessly on an individual mission...we are a diamond of light on our journey of hope. God knows each of us individually and loves us as we are.

Sometimes we feel our brokenness; we feel insignificant, invisible, alone or forgotten. But we are strengthened when we remember that we matter to Him, just like each snowflake is important to Him!
Consider these four divine principles that helps us to understand God’s love for each of us as individuals.
1- God loves the humble and the meek, for they are the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven.
2- Our Father entrusts the fullness of His gospel to the weak and the humble. They will put to shame ‘the things which are mighty’.
3- We are not invisible to our Heavenly Father. He knows your humble heart and circumstances. He loves you and knows your acts of love and kindness.
4- You will not feel discouragement, loneliness, sorrow or pain forever. What is now, will not be that way forever.
Like a snowflake, we are on this earth for a brief season, experiencing the life He designed for us. A magical season of great pleasure and delight as His child; capable and designed to become more; to become as He is.
Enjoy this season of enlightenment, wonder and awe. Embrace what makes you unique and beautiful, live fearlessly and free knowing who you were created to be; a diamond of light on a journey of hope. God wants you to know that as tiny, intricate, complex and unique as we are; like a snowflake, we were created by the most powerful Being in the Universe, He is the Father of our spirit. God knows our details, He knows us because He created us, and loves us with a perfect love.
Few things fill us with breathless awe as looking out a window and seeing tiny, sparkling, flakes dancing on the breeze and know that God’s hand is in our creation, His hand is also in our daily lives. He wants us to believe, trust, and align our lives so that we will come to understand our true eternal worth and our potential.
When you look in the mirror, see a diamond of light, behold the workmanship of God’s hands, because you are a sparkling ‘kiss from heaven’; a masterpiece of His work and His glory!
