Terms and Conditions of Art Work Purchases
A few of the most common questions that are asked are answered here.

How do I buy Original Artwork? Go to our Marketplace tab. We have all the originals that are for sale posted under each image with the size selection.
Do you offer prints? Yes, they are also in the Marketplace, you will find 3 sizes available of each art piece.
Who owns the artwork once purchased? I retain all rights to all artwork that I create, including the rights to the images of sold and commissioned original paintings. I also retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork that I create. The buyer may not reproduce my artwork in any way without express written permission from me. If my artwork is reproduced in a magazine or any other media, proper credit must be given to me. Once you purchase my artwork, you have the right to display it in your home or business, but the artwork may not be resold or reproduced without my express written permission.
If you are interested in purchasing full or partial rights to the artwork you purchase (to ensure that it will never become a print, or won’t be a print for a certain number of years, etc.), I am happy to discuss this. Please email me at 2bunshaken@gmail.com
All artwork is my sole intellectual property and subject to copyright protections as provided by law.
When will my order ship? I ship once a week on Thursdays. Most artwork and products will ship within a week but please allow for two weeks in some cases. During the holiday season I will ship multiple times throughout the week to ensure that your package arrives on time. After December 14th there are no guarantees that your package will arrive in time for the holidays. I am a small business and do the absolute best that I can with regard to shipping and always make sure everything is sent out with lots of love and care.
Do you ship Internationally? Not at this time.
Can I commission a painting? Feel free to email me at 2bunshaken@gmail.com with your request. I can let you know if it is something I can do at that time.

Every order will be handled with care, packaged in a caring manner. Check the Terms and Conditions section for the package shipping time frame. My goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your artwork and purchase experience. If you are unsure and need guidance with making a selection please contact me at 2bunshaken@gmail.com, I would be happy to address any concerns or questions that you may have. Please take the time to read descriptions carefully.
Please note: All refunds are in my sole and exclusive discretion. At this time, all products and/or services offered for sale are sold “as is” and are designated as non-refundable and non-returnable.
Original art: All sales of original artwork are “as is” and are final.
Art prints: All sales of art prints are “as is” and are final. These are printed to order and are not kept in stock in my studio.
Services, other materials, courses/classes: Due to the digital nature of these offerings and because you have immediate access to all of the course content, all sales are “as is” and are final.
Artwork that arrived damaged OR not delivered OR was lost OR stolen from your doorstep: I am not liable for any mishandling, lost or failed delivery handled by the shipping service (USPS) and I am not liable for damage that incurred post-delivery. Original artwork or prints that are damaged, lost or stolen cannot be replaced.
We are a small business owner and due to the nature of having a unique small business I handle these situations in a different manner than a large business or corporation on a case by case basis.
Please check with your neighbors and the shipping company before contacting me directly about a shipping issue. If the package is returned to me I am happy to forward it to the correct address and will ask that you pay any additional shipping fee. If you believe your package to have been lost, stolen, or if you missed the delivery, you must contact the shipping service directly. Unfortunately, there is not anything I am able to do in this case and I am unable to address any failed delivery or theft issues directly.
